It is about bonding and uniting the team and the extended squad.

Having a member of the senior management team who is a fan, a supporter as well as assistant manager just makes life for CA so much easier.

You could see so clearly what the win meant, how the players reacted to each and how the react to management.

Just because some here can't or don't want to recognize the contribution of Duncan doesn't mean that CA doesn't.

I think that Ferguson is less restrained in his touchline actions since Ancelotti became manager.

He was a big part in my two favourite season's as an Evertonian but I could understand people asking what he does at the club because for years he just seemed to sit on the bench quietly. I wouldn't have been that sad to see him leave as we seem to employ a lot of former players to little success.

I hear him instructing players (even when there were crowds) and he doesn't hold back his joy when we do well now. I have no idea what he does at the club, or how he's thought of by Ancelotti and I don't care so long as we are doing well.
