Duncan Ferguson the coach

But how do you know this is Dunc's fault specifically. Could be just frustrated strikers snatching at infrequent chances due to inept build up play.

He has been a front bench coach for 4/5 seasons and we've failed for that period of time. It cant be just assumed he's not part of the problem. Three managers have come and gone and he's survived them, the only man to have done so. Retaining him is merely some misconception by a new manager that if he keeps him close he "gets the club".

Or quite simply everyone is scared to death of him lol

Never came remotely close to being the player he could/should have been, and it's hard to see any of his 'stamp' on our attack. Maybe it's time to get back to pidgeon racing. I'm not telling him like.

I'm not. I remember those games. We may have won them but we weren't playing as well as earlier in the season. Eventually performances translate into results.
I can remember us playing well during that period. Beating Arsenal 3-0 was one of the highlights of the season.

It seems that Duncan has kept a role in the dugout. I love him of course for his love of Everton but is this the right move. Has he been protected by Kenwright?
If you had added the word Driver to the title I would have thought he now had an appropriate role with the club.

Sam Allardyce Steve Walsh Bob Elstone and some of those other crooks on the board. Some of the frauds amongst our playing personnel. With regards to people at Everton i have an issue with, Big Dunc is quite a good bit down the list.Im sure the managers he has worked under, wouldn't have him around unless they felt, that he had something to contribute to the team.

I don't get this blame culture for Ferguson myself, all he basically is for us is a coach. He isn't the manager or assistant and even if all he did was teach strikers how to head the ball it's better than nothing.

For me personally the blame for on the field should be with the manager alone, coaches just carry out the managers instructions.

Oh and actually having someone in the dugout who gives a damn about the club should be a good thing right? Especially when any manager we hire is essentially here for the money only
