So Ferguson has been a coach on 2 failed managerial appointments, he must be terrible.

But Pickford is sound letting in [Poor language removed] ton of goals for 2 different teams because it's the other players fault.

OK cool, I get it now.

I like the idea of only signing coaches from teams that have only ever won games though. That way we can sign the lamest, cheapest players and still win because the drills are better.

It looks obvious to me that the improvement(and there has been improvement) in Niasses game is probably down to Duncan,similarly Calvert Lewins movement and heading technique have the Ferguson stamp on them.

A back room staff of "legends" who were part of possibly the worst Everton team/era ever. Need a clean slate. I didn't want Sam or Sam, still don't but we have to build from the bottom up now.

Jeffers, Ebbrell and Baxter must owe Kenwright money and he's stopping it out of their wages.

Seriously, they are nowhere near the best that we could have in their positions.
For the role that they are performing there would be a queue around the block, our league position and lack of Champions league etc would only put off the elite managers.
