It seems that Duncan has kept a role in the dugout. I love him of course for his love of Everton but is this the right move. Has he been protected by Kenwright?

No idea what he actually does and although the players and other staff seem to enjoy having him around it stinks of Jobs for the boys to me.

iirc, wasn't there rumours of failed business deals, debts, (90K) bankruptcy and such. BPB took him on, worked for nothing for a time, got on the badges ladder at the bottom and started working his way up.
If so fairplay to both parties.

DCL is an U23’s player mate, and Sandro is brand new to the league.

He can’t suddenlt make every player fit for the league.

Is it? Genuinely, how do any of us know? I say that with no bias or opinion either way. I have no idea how any of us can know if he's doing a good job or a bad one

To be fair, we've just appointed a manager who's never won a major trophy in 25 years in the game, I think having a coach who's been involved in a couple of midtable finishes is the least of our worries.
