Utterly shameful this thread.

Duncan is a hero to some, hes my hero for sure, the way he played, the way he gave everything he could, maybe sometimes too much.

Nobody has any idea of his role at the club, nobody knows how much input he has on things, but still people feel the need to have a pop at the fella, shame on you all, geordie clowns.

Ha Ha Ha.

This is very true and he does deserve a bit more respect from fans. I think we should have a place for him at the club but perhaps that shouldn't be with the first team seeing the last two haven't been particularly successful. Sometimes you need to have a completely new set of faces to ensure the players know it's a new era. If all he does is put out the cones then fair enough keep him as it's no difference than having the same kit man.

Stop fretting

1. Sam has his own team
2. Unsy or (disgruntled) players would have said something on the quiet if there was a real issue
3. We don't even know what he does - most likely he's just a cheer leader, striker coach (currently no players to coach) or someone to keep the rowdy ones under control... so, is it a big deal - I don't think so, I can't imagine Moyes, Martinez, Keoman and Sam wouldn't act if his contribution wasn't up to standard or even needed.. even it means keeping the peace to avoid factions in the camp.

Is this thread real? I'm perplexed. A person who is a living legend for our club, who represents all those values and attitude that I would like to find in every player wearing the blue shirt... I'm lucky to have met him in person and I tell you that you obviously don't know a word about how the man is like.

Leaving charity matters aside, even if his only task at Everton is to send a rocket every time one of this lazy divas that we have need it, for me he is more than welcome here. We are talking about him being a coach, not Everton's manager. I understand people's frustration at our current situation but this is ridiculous.

fought for the club through pain, turned up against the big teams, didn't flap derbies, has gathered a reputation as a progressive coach

but nah some overweight lids on the internet who haven't an earthly clue if he's a good coach or positive influence or not, want him out, okay then lads

/thread

We have to keep Duncan on the staff so he can threaten to beat up any players that step out of line.

Cause that's all he's good for, and judging by certain players this season he's not any good at that.

Maybe every time Kenright goes to sack him he just threatens to beat up another Everton supporter and gets to keep his job.

Posts like this are so cringe.

Im sure you have complete inside knowledge of the workings of our coaching.
