Duncan Ferguson the coach

An outrage this galoot continues on the bench. Hopefully he's on the back bench of the dugout and will be eased out as Silva gets all his usual Portugeezer posse installed.

Honestly no clue what people expect Ferguson to be doing - going nuts on the bench and headbutting linesmen or something???

Do other clubs have someone in a similar role though - it does seem a bit unusual? He's involved with the first team but that's 3 managerial/coaching teams he's been involved in that have come and gone and he's still there. Normally, managers bring in their coaching staff but Ferguson seems a permanent fixture. Obviously, the club employ coaches throughout the academy and youth teams but it is a bit odd that he's involved in the first team but without the accountability other first team coaches seem to have.

This feller's testing my patience already.

In all seriousness, he's been fed that line by Kenwright and will soon have the Caledonian no mark putting the cone's out at FF.

Seriously, your hatred is getting boring.
Loads of striker, past and present in our club have good words to say about Big Dunc. If Cenk, dcl, Niasse, Lukaku improves under Dunc, which they did, then who are we to complain?

Seen that Silva stated he wanted a 'club legend' on his staff, and feels big Duncan fits the bill
I've never understood how this fella was elevated to become a club legend. A kopite mate of mine once told us that they referred to him as Duncan the tampon.

In for a day, out for a month.
