I was thinking the very same thing . Absolute beast.

As others have said , He's a blue and players think highly of him .
I can't see any downside to his continued employment. He's a passionate, nutty cheerleader who can teach most forwards on how to annoy defenders.

What really gets on my goat about Everton is (in order of fume)
the canteen menu
Christmas trees that aren’t all blue
Lawn mowers that aren’t all blue
Training tops that are the wrong shade of blue
Training cones the wrong colour blue

As regards the last of these gripes, I have to find fault with big Dunc. Really makes me fuuume!
