Duncan Ferguson - The Coach

Not to sure im happy with all this fist pumping stuff. All for passion but only a point at the end of the day. We gave Klopp belters for it.

Interesting how he handles this Kean situation now. Hope he starts Wednesday and scores. Do himself justice.

We gave Klopp belters because at the time it appeared very much as over celebrating a poor draw at home. What in fact it was, was Klopp expressing how important sticking with your team through thick and thin is whilst staying both positive and having belief until the end. If as a fan you see a manager giving his all on the side then you can't help but get carried along for the ride. Feel like a tit for remembering what he said about turning doubters to believers but when you see how ridiculous the mentality of his team is you get his point.

It's the same with Ferguson. He's playing on emotion and trying to light a fire under our fanbase, none of this disgruntled moaning when a pass goes astray. Stick with the team and believe in them.

Might all be for nothing and we go on and get tonked by Leicester and Arsenal. Guess we'll see but it's been a while since somebody tried to actually invoke the power of the fanbase.

Klopp is a German with zero connection to them, Ferguson has been at the club for 20 years.

pleased to see this guy do well in the evertons hour of need. in the interest of transparency and us all wanting to be improve and be our best versions for grandoldteam.com let us look at who poison us from within :

He needs binning too. Hard to see what he has offered from a player development perspective. Give him a blazer and keep him as an ambassador for the Scottish highlands but not as a first team coach.
I always found it a little weird how a striker who never scored more than 11 goals in a single season is given such a pivotal role at the club. If he's there to show the foreign boys "what it means to play for Everton" then he's done a pretty bad job of it. Clearly not a good coach, clearly has no positive influence, needs sacking off.
I really believe if Silva goes the rest go with him. No old pals act for Dunc. The whole place reeks of poison and cliques. Look at the club ambassadors and who they should really have been. Fat Head anoints everywhere and now he wants Wavy Davy back. Clear the decks Moshri.
Job for the boys.

not on him this mess but no idea what he contributes apart from doing the basic tasks.
Don't think you survive four managerial regimes of failure if you have any skin in the game - he is indeed burglarising a living laying the cones out. I agree it looks bad and he should be binned, but you might as well fire the tea lady whilst your at it for all the good it would do.
Complete clear out and he is the first.
Needs to be cleared out with the rest of them. Not even a clue what he actually does apart from care taking and ball fetching at Finch Farm. He obviously doesn't have any effect on our striking prowess, well not a positive effect anyway.
"Dominic, here are some videos of me in my prime. I want you to study them and use my techniques to truly become a striker worthy of the number 9 shirt. Remember, no more than one goal every seven games, ok?"
Tis fairly simple. Dunc has to work with championship strikers. He might be a good or bad coach. It cant be proven yet. No one can get pigs to fly. Duncan cant get our championship forwards to be good premier ones. No one could.
I'm.trying to see why Dunc should get the managers job. Is it because he has done a great job as coach or learnt loads under 4 great managers.
This lads time is up. Back to property development back in Formby please
I genuinely believe he's only on the coaching staff to please some fans.
Always considered him to not really be part of anything , which is why he is still at the club.

Almost like a job for life, show up each day and try and coach a bit and we will pay you.
Ferguson' should not be considered for any sort of coaching role. He has been the common factor in the shambles that we've witnessed in the last 5 years.

thank u all buddies for the apology in advance and ur showing of humility.

Never forget the coaching badges these lads all have.
Never forget they are there day in day out at training. Watching. Learning.

Not too keen on a sort of wall of shame , but there are some really poor choices of comments from those posters.
Having said that you have missed some of the most idiotic , from the person who claims that Dunc is a galoot and cone layer.
I don't think that he is our future manager ,but in the short term though , he has done incredibly well ,.
He obviously must be given a role going forwards, in the hope that he develops into a future manage of us.

He’s showing a degree of team tactical nous and awareness that has surprised . I thought with his badges , time at the club working with the players he’d gee up and motivate certain individuals, but he’s shown more that with his 442 tactics againstChelsea and again against United with key midfielders missing . Getting Holgate and Davies working in tandem so effectively was impressive.
