He didnt say it as a matter or fact, it was more his opinion to be fair to Bobble.

Ferguson has again been overlooked for the Managers job for someone whos only been a Manager for a few years, you'd question your position at the Club too if that happened.

 
Apparently, nobody was brave enough to ask Dunc to leave, so the safest thing for everyone is to just let him do whatever he wants, so he's staying.
 
He could be handy to keep until the summer to give Lampard the heads up on the types of player we have.
Summer time and he has to go and attempt management to see if he is capable

Lampard said to Dunc that he can stay at the club at whatever role he wants.

So he’s starting up front on Saturday.
 

I think it makes sense for Duncan to stay and help the new manager and his team to settle in.
He knows the players and everybody at the club and at least there will not be a complete upheavel at the club.

At the same time Duncan can start looking for managerial roles and I feel he would get a chance sooner rather than later.
 
Hes staying apparently.


Everyone in here giving it the large. Why don't you say it to his face?
