No pace and extremely one footed

Whilst this is undoubtedly true, I’ve been impressed how under Dyche he’s still managing to get the crosses in. Clearly a confidence player as he needs the confidence to try and take on his man but when he has done in our last few games, he’s mostly managed to put in great deliveries.

Limitations to his game only matter if they are actually limiting him. If he’s still creating and even scoring, as he has been, then I’m not arsed.

This doesn’t make any sense, if he’s on the right and coming inside onto his left foot then he’s going into a more crowded area of the pitch?

That's a pretty standard tactic for most teams nowadays though - it's more common than not for wide players to play on the opposite sides so that they can drift inside onto their stronger foot.

We are pretty unusual here in that we've got a left footed player on the left and a right footed player on the right

City typically have Grealish on the left (right footed) and Mahrez on the right (Left footed)
Liverpool have Nunez, Gakpo or Diaz on the left (right footed) and Salah on the right (left footed)
Spurs have Son on the left (right footed) and Kulusevski on the right (left footed)
United have Rashford on the left (right footed) and Antony on the right (left footed)
Arsenal have Martinelli on the left (right footed) and Saka on the right (left footed)

Etc etc

No pace and extremely one footed

However, he's played like his life has been on the line since Dyche has come in and he's arguably been our best player in that time

Very happy for him that he got the goal

If we ever get a proper target man in the box for his crosses then he'll be our assist leader

Agree with all four lines.

Very one footed, like, as much as any player I've seen in my 26 years as a season ticket holder.

But he has a great whip on him and if he can get in some scoring positions, can really strike a ball well.

In the offseason (lol) he needs to get a surgery to fix that deviated septum. I don't think I've ever seen him without him breathing through his mouth. Obviously can't breathe through his nose.

He's done well and will continue to do OK for a team of our current calibre.

If we have any ambition though, we need an upgrade on him in the summer (he's not alone in that capacity though!).
Yeah we need atleast two /3 wide players to come in. I want to see u rotate them more with the 5 subs rule.
