dyche thinks

No problem Simon.

Up next we will be discussing whether Thomas Tuchel’s first England camp was woke, and also details on how you can enter our special prize draw to win a curry and a pint with Woany, don’t go anywhere.

Incessant.

What I find odd is that he’s spent the best part of two years telling us how much of a mess the club was before he came in, and he’s now hard pivoted to defending the people that made it a mess. Oh Sean, what are you like mate *nuggies bald snotty head*

Has he?

Or is he highlighting the environment he was working in? Genuine question too, haven't watched/read full transcript - an X post with one sentence isn't enough to form any opinion.

Saying fans were on the boards case is fair - we were. The board was on the fans case as well - who can forget the statement an hour before Southampton?

Try an think whether your posts are constructure/conducive to the environment of the forum Ste, or whether they'd a tad angst/mean spirited.

I'm routinely trying to remind people - we've really eased off moderation with Everton angst being what it was the last few years but prior next season, I'll be asking moderators to leg accounts who post like that.
Apologies, am I the first to get this warning?

I just find that quote to be pretty disrespectful, why is he commenting on events that happened before he was manager? What question prompted that response

He’s one step away from mentioning a headlock here. “All kinds of threats” what threats were these Sean, do you care to clarify? Because the police have said that nothing was reported. It seems you know of something that probably should’ve been reported (this was two weeks before you joined the club mind, but I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt)

Any non Evertonian not invested in the club will read those words and go oh yeah Sean thats right. The threats to the board members
He knows exactly what he's doing.

All the crying about what Dyche and others have said about the fans.....lets be honest here, we can be a right horrible toxic fan base.

When its going bad, we are as bad as any other fan base.....maybe with the exception on 1.

The headlock was a load of rubbis, but lets not pretend we dont have it in this fans base to make threats, its always happened.

Don't think it's as admirable as that mate.

He knew the writing was on the wall. His hard yard, nuts and bolts approach isn't working to a squad who have so many leaving, to a manager who is definitely gone in months. He even admitted while in the job late on, players stopped listening to him.

He also knew he wasn't getting a bean to spend in January - all that, was him admitting he can't do anymore, than 16th.

He should have left last summer, but he was managing the biggest club he'll ever get, on the biggest wage. If TFG took over first time around, he wouldn't have got this season.

Well he's claimed a lot in that interview: basically that the players had begun to doubt themselves and that's why he left. If that isn't true he's left himself exposed, and I doubt he's claimed that without there being some foundation to it.

Will credit him for keeping us up season one, and navigating/achieving 48 points in all the chaos second season. But that's it. He knew he wasn't getting a new deal, an thought be arsed with this lot for 5 more months when he can be paid anyway.

I think that's more than enough, tbf.

He came into this club when it was destined for the Championship. The fact we're in relatively good shape now is down to him largely.

Bloody hell mate, you are like the ultimate twister in history.

Not at all.

6/10 he gets from me overall. A damn sight more than Ild give the likes of Koeman or Lampard.

After him leaving, him spending his time slagging off the club on any media outlet was the most obvious outcome since Large Samuel.
