We don’t have till the end of the season let’s be honest here, December could put us deep into it

As per our last sackings of managers, they usually get until after December.

Fundamentally is down to if the new owners are in place then and want to make decisions.

More importantly who is that right manager to bring in, get out of relegation, AND be the start of the new project. Those 2 are different assignments.

Just so sick of watching us retreat whenever the opposition have the ball(which is 85% of the time).
Sick of watching O'Neil fall over at the sight of an opposition player and DCL's half arsed attitude.
Sick of him picking the same old brown-nosed players while he bullies the youth.

How can we have a beautiful, modern stadium and play knuckle-dragging neanderf**k football ?

SACK ffs

The reason this is even part of the remit is because this current manager has took us there. We finished mid table last season, why did he lead us into this one telling us that we’re battling relegation?

Well, we're not there. People are panicking that we are gonna be there eventually.

I was saying he'll get sacked if we are by end of December, if we have new owners, AND if they've got ideas they to stop that.

Which is different to bringing in a manager that ticks boxes to move forward

Friedkin isn't going to invest all that money to see us go down. Come mid December, if things are looking grim, I can see Dyche being shown the door. The problem he has is that we have so many difficult games between now and Xmas. The low hanging fruit are behind us. He may pay for not gaining more points when we played 'lesser' teams.

Was previously in the grin-and-bear-it until the summer camp, but I think instincts after the first few games weren’t “bedwetting” and will prove in fact correct - there has been a qualitative change this season and dude is clearly running out of ideas and road.

PPG is down on last season and we are heading for 34 pts right now, which should have cockpit warning lights flashing amber.

And that is after what was said in advance to be the easiest start of any team.

Let’s not discount the dead duck factor either, with contracts of both the management and half the playing staff expiring end of season.

On that basis, I think there needs to change - and the right changes - as soon as can reasonably be arranged.

Hopefully TFG are gearing up to deliver.
This is a big concern for me. The idea of Dyche and his staff, along with half the team, playing out the season with a big question mark over next season is just not feasible. The Friedkin's need to act as soon as they take over. History tells us that teams drop off when they know the manager is leaving at the end of the season- and the current Everton squad cannot afford to drop off any more than they already have. A new manager needs to be in place well ahead of the January transfer window.
