ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

Well I watch them every week. It's an odd season with both Madrid teams struggling to find any form and fluency, so they are clear on top by just being a good bit more consistent. Barça give up a lot of chances and when it comes to the big games there is no guarantee of big performances from the RB position, 2 out of 3 of whoever the midfield starters would be or 2 out of 3 of the front three starters.

They've not been majorly tested this season so far to be honest. I'm hoping for another cup for Messi, but it will need him at his best to do it.

Anyways, let's hope whoever they get puts them out. The sweetest would be Man U, as that would drive them all crazy.
Messi has been out half the season and they still walk La Liga and coast through the CL.

Barcleona would utterly 'kin ribbon Liverpool.

He only missed 3wks or so if I remember right.

I'd love to be alive to see that. See Messi utterly destroy them live here.

However I'd be dead or in hospital by the time the game came around with the utter stress and anxiety the thought of the opposite would cause me.

Missed 5 games - I thought it was more. But getting back again he'd need a few weeks to get up to previous levels.

In any case, you cant do anything other than what Barcelona have done.

I get that you watch more of La Liga and Barca than I do, but they look like they have the players still and now the massive motivation again to go and lift another EC.

People pissed their kecks last season. It was always under control though.
You've lost all prediction privileges after your calm "this tie is over" claim following the 0-0 at Anfield. Everybody knows Liverpool in Europe. They can give anybody a game over two legs, and when it's a single game to decide it, even if they're the inferior side, they'll find a way to make it competitive.

Everybody expected City to bum them last year. That went well, didn't it? They find a way, by hook or crook. Well let's hope it doesn't happen again.

One EC win in the past 34 years tends to run a coach and horses through your theory.
