Ideal draw

City Porto
Juve Ajax
United Spurs
Barca Liverpool

Nightmare draw

Liverpool Porto
Spurs Ajax
Barca Juve
City United

Need City to have the easiest ride possible and Liverpool to be drained by the fixture. Also need United to still be in it when they play City in the league so that they might rest players.

As a season ticket holder at Barça I can assure you that is not the QF you want if you want to be sure of them going out. Their front line would get too many chances. I don't want that draw at all. Hoping Barça get Porto to be honest. Normally hope it's a big team that I haven't seen before but this year I just want the easiest path as possible to the final as Messi can win it I'm a one off final against whoever. Porto QF and Ajax SF please. Spurs in the Final.

Juve is the best bet to knock them out, then I would say Man U. Third choice would be City I think. Then Ajax. If they get Porto or Spurs they are in the SF.

You've lost all prediction privileges after your calm "this tie is over" claim following the 0-0 at Anfield. Everybody knows Liverpool in Europe. They can give anybody a game over two legs, and when it's a single game to decide it, even if they're the inferior side, they'll find a way to make it competitive.

Everybody expected City to bum them last year. That went well, didn't it? They find a way, by hook or crook. Well let's hope it doesn't happen again.

Tbf if VAR was around last year then City would've won easily. People forget just how much help they had from the officials in those two ties, it was 'curious' to say the least.

It’s catch 22, I am sort of glad cos they can’t concentrate on the league now with City in a million competitions. But, you just know they will get Ajax or Porto which is a bye for that mob to another semi-final.

Juventus will win this cup though. I got money on Atletico and Juve at the start of the season for it, Juve are absolutely Desperate with a capital D to win this, it’s been 20 odd years since they won it, they’ve got the title sewn up already, and to knock out a class Atletico side with a 2 goal deficit is what champions do, and shows they can walk the walk.
They bottle finals more often than klopp

A quick glance at the trophies won in the last 10 years, by the top level teams of European football.

Bayern...7 league titles, 4 fa cups, 1 CL.

Barca.....7 league titles, 6 fa cups, 3 CL

Real......2 league titles, 3 fa cups, 4CL

PSG....5 league titles, 5 fa cups, 5 league cups

Juve....7 league titles, 4 fa cups

And the mighty reds, in the last 10 years have won just one trophy. The League cup in 2011.
Joined the top level, my arse.

Liverpool after tonight....

What exactly did you type to get that? I'm curios.

Ahh the fabled "they're deffo not gonna win anything, honest" approach. I like it.
According to many on here they had the league won in January. 'They' know who they are.
In a similar way this time last year the Champions League was also in the bag.

I guess that this is the point that Kurt is making.
