ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

Any top manager wouldn't want the Bayern job next. Not because they aren't a big club but their squad needs a lot of work.

Would you want to be the man who needs to jettison club legends like Robben, Ribery, Boateng, Hummels, Neuer, Muller etc.. over the next few years whist building a new squad and still winning?

Kovac to me looks like someone brought in to handle that process. He's going to be the fall guy. Maybe even the next manager too.

Yeh, especially compared to Salah, Mane, Virgil and Trent

On face value, Liverpool players look younger than Bayern counterparts.

Pressure to win at Bayern is huge compared to Liverpool. Bayern are perennial league winners and expect to go deep in the CL every year. I'm not sure that's the same level of expectation of Liverpool, either at a boardroom or supporter level.

Rebuilding or not, Bayern wouldn't have a manager at the helm for 3 or 4 seasons without winning a trophy.

Agreed,I really had hoped that Real would be in for him, I can only see him going there or Bayern.

It wouldn't be so bad if we were good.

Nah, if he finishes this season empty handed he’ll start to sweat because he knows he’s not getting a league run like this again. If Bayern come along then he could be tempted rather than facing up to refreshing the Liverpool squad again. If Guardiola is still at City and they’ve beaten Liverpool to the league this season then I could see Klopp giving up. There’s question marks over him as a top manager that he thought he could answer at Liverpool by winning a big trophy and being adored but he won’t want to be questioned if he hasn’t won one so he could take the easy route and just hoover up a few titles at Bayern.

I messaged my rs pal saying what a terrible game of football that was last night. His answer:

"Wasn't it just, but look at the Occasion, the names we were up against, the stadium, everything was against us
But the boys done good "

Yes, Liverpool are such a small club without 2 pennies to rub together and run on a shoestring aren't theylollollol

What is it with the current influx of mutants on the site being so aggressive? People would think they blew a 7 point lead or something. Straight into insults and not able to type a sentence without swearing.
