ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

Why is their game on Friday other than giving them max time to recover for CHamps league game on Tuesday?!?!
Whichis also what happened with the Christmas fixtures.

FIXtures!!

I said that a couple of weeks back. They were that price then and I doubt it'll be 7/4 for too much longer. Liverpool at that price is just a license to double your money.

As far as I'm concerned this is a done deal now.

Absolutely no chance that this is a done deal. City are still favourites for the league.

City could easily win all their games. They are the team with form and experience of a title race. Difficulty for City is the fixture pile up later in April.

Liverpool haven't been convincing the last few games. Don't buy the rhetoric that they've been massively lucky but they have need some fortune to get over the line against Fulham and Spurs in the last 2 games. A draw or 2 in their next few games and City will be massive favourites. Still think they are more likely to win the CL than the PL personally.

Their emotions are all over the place. I only watched the last ten minutes, but the fans seemed to be swinging from despair to elation very easily. I believe that the players too are playing cup finals every week now. That's pressure. Big pressure. Especially in a team not full of winners who know how to cope with it.

They're not running lean, they're running on fumes. Just a little hiccup away... a bit of wind, or too long grass, or too dry soil... we all know the excuses.

For all their luck, soft winners , teams deciding not to turn up against them, decisions going in their favour, offside goals , soft penalties etc.

They have still only been beaten once.

If they win the league off the back of one defeat all season then that is worthy of champions. If they lose the title off the back of one loss, well that's even better

Maybe history will repeat itself with a chelsea defeat, who is slipping this time?!
I'd like to see Lovren drop the clanger. Something about him is unlikeable. Failing that, Horrendouson and Milner would amuse me vastly. Maybe Salah to bottle it like he did against Ramos.

Or maybe Klopp to do a Keegan.

In fact, no matter how they fail, I will enjoy it and look forward to the gifs popping up every now and again to cheer me up.

They're more vunerable but I'm sure the rs can't keep getting last minute wins, they'll drop points against someone awful.

My only benefit from this season is that we will be more dangerous than them next season.

We are, way, way behind them at this moment in time (not just in the league either) we have a load of deadwood we have to get shut off in the Summer before we can probably spend money (some on good wages as well, so even more difficult to get shut off) the RS will go out and spend money to strengthen even more. We may still give them a game next season, but IMO we'll still be way behind them as a team.

Comedically running into each other, as the ball bounces over their prone bodies, and Ross runs, trips over them and the ball bounces off his head and into the empty goal.

Cue, a clip of the rs huddled together in the previous match with Jordan saying that they need to come together to get it over the line.

It'd be a regular laugh riot if that happened.

Have to agree with this.

Add to that the fact that De Bruyne, Silva and Fernandinho have all just returned from injury and you still have to make City favourites
