And has been wrong how many times in the last few years? He's still saying they're favourites for the title, pretty sure he'd say they'd get embarrassed by real, slip up in the title race, lose to sevilla etc.

He's basing his predictions on cold hard facts that Liverpool under Klopp fall at the final hurdles.

I don't have a problem with you stating that Barca are a good team and having a good chance of beating the redshite and winning the Champions League but why pretend that it is foregone conclusion. The Champions League is incredibly difficult to win so to state with certainty who will win it is absurd.

The most annoying thing though is that we all know that you come up the outcome you want and then work backwards and pad out your argument with half truths to justify your absolute faith in your beliefs. Basically by saying that Barca are on the cusp of a historic treble you have written off the chances of both City and Juve. The thing is we all know that if either of them were in the same half as the cult you would be saying they were nailed on to win the Champions League.

As for the insinuation that I am a Liverpool supporter I have been a long time lurker on here and that seems to be your general retort to anyone who questions your profound wisdom. In short mate you are an embarrassment to both our Club and a sad reflection on our fan base but they ho that doesn't compare to the ego trip you get from your internet persona.

But they've only got a 2.83 PPG. And in that league you'd expect a 2.91 PPG or 2.91 XPPG so that's a shift down which means my hard facts are that they'll get smashed by the boys rs.

All you established posters should be ashamed of yourselves thinking that the newcomers with their reasonable protests that the rs can beat any combined XI from world football are actually rs WUM merchants. And you must be bitter to not realise that they've done it all on an absolute shoe string budget! No world record purchases in any position over the last transfer windows at all. You probably all believe they've spent over a billion since they last won anything.

And as for that terrible @davek. You are the worst of the lot! Just because Klopp hasn't won any of his last 6 (or is it 7 or 8 or more?) cup finals, and bottled it on the biggest of stages, doesn't mean that this team of socialist workers won't let it slip now - just because some Spanish team of serial winners with actual superstars of the game can beat the biggest English club with apparent ease. You lot should have no problem against them then. Can’t wait to see kick and rush fail once again at the hands of a top possession team. How many times does Klopp need to learn this lesson. Bayern, Sevilla, City, Real Madrid, you can’t beat the very best if your game plan is to punt the ball to them and run after it as hard as possible hoping for a mistake.

Especially the bit about Barca being almost certain to win it because they have the extra motivation of going for a treble. The probability is that Barca will face either City or Juve with one of them going for a quadruple or the other going for a treble.

If Barca face either of those teams then I think the final is really hard to call. Yet no one else is questioning Daveks statement that Barca are on the cusp of a historic treble.

I think certain people should take a step back reread the thread and stop slurring posters who have the temerity to question Daveks self styled pronouncements of fact.
