ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

The same Barca who won away to the biggest club in England without letting any of Rashford, Lukaku, Pogba, Martial etc so much as a shot on target.

Have people watched Liverpool lately?? They’ve been appalling.

Barca’s performance when winning at United, that’s currently being dismissed, is better than any RS performance I can remember for weeks/months.

Yes, the biggest club in England but only the 6th best team in the league table. Lets face it, the current lot are hardly a vintage Man Utd side. I've absolutely no fear of them when we come up against them next week.

Me neither, however I felt we had nothing to fear from the RS and was proven to be right. It seems Barcelona’s very comfortable win against them is getting dismissed as a poor performance by some.

We’re being told there’s nothing for the RS to worry about from them despite themselves producing months of much worst performances including a draw away to an injury ravaged United reserve side.

Manu have gone off the boil a bit lately and Spurs will be without Kane and Alli. Those two games are supposed to be City's hardest, while the derby will be fiercely contested, they must feel a bit better about the situation. The Cardiff game for those lot becomes very important, at least Warnock will get them up for it.

This is similar to my thinking. I am more worried about this weekend with City than the United match. I've got a feeling both city and Liverpool teams will drop points at some point and I have a feeling it'll be Cardiff when Liverpool do. If we get to April 25th with it still in City's hands then I think we avoid the unimaginable.

I'm not sure where the doubting comes in like. I'm 100% sure about you.

You are a 100% sure about everything though Dave.

Look at those Bayern posts you made Dave. I can't believe we are even talking about the redshite in the Champions league they got knocked out by Bayern.

You were 100% sure about that.

Can’t post because using phone but on the BBC’s reporting of tonight’s matches there is a note (time 22:01) about Chelsea stopping 3 fans attending tonight’s game because of abusive chants aimed at Salah. Can’t really argue about that.
However it says that:
Liverpool said the video showed ‘vile discriminatory chants’ and is ‘dangerous and disturbing’.
I guess that I missed the report of RS fans being banned for their monkey gestures not long ago.
