How should you handle them winning it?
Just suck it up for in the main their unbridled joy will be directed towards both Manchester clubs. Don't forget we are an insignificance to them. The big thing of course will be the media onslaught that follows.

It won’t. It will be directed at everyone, with us right at the top of the list, especially after our fans’ embarrassing crowing after the 0-0 draw. Singing “you’re gonna win f-all” at them in March. We’ve brought it on ourselves once again.

City lost to Spurs in the CL, who's to say they won't do it again? And I wouldn't underestimate any of their away teams either.

All of the teams Liverpool are playing are either crap, will roll over for them because they're BFF, or are Wolves who will lose anyway.

See I proper don’t understand this. You wouldn’t underestimate Burnley or Brighton against City, but if it was Big Red who were playing them you’d be writing it off as a walkover.

I'm a massive pessimist. Also, didn't Leicester AND Newcastle beat City?

We might be of insignificance, but their fans still enjoy laughing at us and stalking Everton tweets.

We all know how it'll play out, City will slip up against Spurs or Utd, they'll get to the final game at home to wolves, City will win their final game and it'll be 1-1 at analfield, Salah or super Virgil scores at the death to make it 2-1 and carra laa goes crazy at the pit and they win by 1-2 points which the likes of us and Spurs gifted them.

Dont think otherwise

Well for me at least, I'm already over it if they win the thing. You'd be doing yourself a disservice to refuse to acknowledge that they would be deserving of the title.
Do I want City to win it, of course I do but as I've posted before, having been through their glory years of late seventies early eighties, I'm a bit meh about it.

The moment they won the title.

Can someone explain to me how he wasn't sent off that? The ref sees it, he actually goes as close as possible to the fella on the deck. That's bloody disgusting that
Because its 0-0, and a red card could lead to Chelsea winning the game and City the title, and the ref and his family would be perseciuted for the rest of their lives with death threats and maybe more than threats.

It's at moments like that their culture of terror pays dividends. They know it too, which is why they indulge in it.

Let's be honest with the money they've thrown at it since the P.L started, they where going to win it at some stage.

The story of Liverpool is one of compete incompetence and failure in the premier league to actually be part of the 6 team carousel chucking money at it every season yet not win it for so long. They will win it eventually one day as logic dictates. If you throw enough at it some will stick eventually. Klopp might just hang on desperate to shed his loser tag tut bit longer than Guardiola and they’d probably have an opportunity. Just because they’ve done well (and been extremely lucky) this season doesn’t mean they have some divine right to win it though. They weren’t good enough to beat Madrid so for all the tub thumping on the way they still lost it. If City slip up and Liverpool wins ll their games fair enough but neither scenario us happened yet. The only thing that is true is if City beat Spurs at home on the weekend they will go back to the top of the league same games played and they don’t hand out premier league titles to teams 2 points ahead having played a game more with 4 still to play no matter how much Carragher might try to cry it in.
