ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

The day I stop taking enjoyment from kopites misery is the day I spew the footy me.

Of course, Everton first, always, but........

I just saw it as an opportunity taken to get a point across 'cause attempting it on most any other day won't create the same chatter, which is the saddest part. It's the old "the only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about" point of view in regards to stirring shiz up...the entertainment industry practices it all too well.

Mouldy little so and so's...loved watching chitty chitty bang bep fc beat manure last night in the pub...cheering on utd early doors they were...the snakes that they are...

Esk currently getting pulled apart on Twitter for this tweet. I mean whilst I understand the underlying sentiment somewhat it's probably a bit poorly worded and definitely poorly timed...

I agree and its also a little bit pompous of him saying "we should never celebrate..."and instead focus on our own inadequacies. Im sure were already well aware of those, so I wont wear a hair shirt for wanting City to beat Utd to thwart the RS. I didnt even celebrate as such. Schadenfreude exists throughout football as in life... an all tha'. Isnt it similar to Crystanbul and Slippy ? Its also somewhat permissible given its aimed at that horrible, self entitled cult and its melodramatic circus.

I know the RS still get to play first each week, but now that they will potentially only be top for one day instead of almost a week, will this make a difference to their mindset?
All training sessions during the week will be when they are in second place instead of top, conversley, Man City have a week where they are training to stay on top, not catch up.

RS going on about how the FA are ensuring City win the league ... awwwww poor diddums. Is it all going wrong?

One of the shoites fav sayings is "Make us dream" Yes City, put this to bed and leave them to dream what a title win feels like.

Scudamore turned round, yes, THE outgoing Chairman of the Premier League, stated at the start of the season that it would be bad for the game if City were to win the league again. It's ironic how they forget about all the offside goals and dodgy decisions they've had now City have gone top. They haven't even lost the league yet, but the excuses are flowing lol

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/45111142

"It doesn't take away from City's excellence, but we want the season to go to the last," said Scudamore.

"I'd like multiple trophies needed in various locations on the last day because we don't know how it will end."

And they say Football isn't fixed.

This whole kopites supporting Man United thing reminds me of the time when they decided they loved us when we played City in Martinez's first season. Of course, that stopped once City won.

Ow mads tha?

I can't get over Spurs being in 2nd place. No offence to Spurs fans.

Ow mads tha?

Whenever anyone mentions the ten point gap then suddenly City’s game in hand is the most important thing ever ‘yeah lad but it was only 7 because of the game in hand’. Yet when Liverpool won every weekend to ‘scream back to the top of the league’ then the game in hand is never ever mentioned. The truth is Liverpool have dropped 8 points on City since this graphic and and have been a point behind City every week since the Goodison derby.
