As for VAR I keep hearing it being trotted out and then they play games that have VAR and it seems to come to their assistance rather than have a negative effect.

This probably sums up perfectly the stupidity of this thread. A statement of fact backed up with no argument or rationale what so ever.

Given that people reading this thread would assume from it's contents that there are no Liverpool supporters on Merseyside and that the Liverpool Echo is distributed on Merseyside why would the Echo be biased towards the RS.

Seriously please come up with a reasoned argument why the Echo is a RS rag. Granted it is a poor excuse for so called journalism but why would it be biased towards the RS when allegedly all their supporters live in Norway.

I think a simple measurement of column inches will tell you the answer.

That would only be valid though if we were more successful and they were still getting more column inches. Let's be honest here they are fighting for the title and in the semi final of the Champions League they are bound to generate more column inches.
