ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

City still firmly top of the form table. Since February they've scored 18 and conceded just 2 in the league and are currently on a 10 win streak. They've successfully navigated a number of tricky matches in a period of fixture congestion and are now two extremely winnable games away from another title with plenty of time to rest and plan in between compared to their main rivals in this race.

Yet, despite all of this, I'm still genuinely bricking it..

I will be totally disconsolate if they don't see it out now.
Yep. Leicester dont lie down

What, Hillsborough songs? I really hope not.
Yep, he isnt one for just throwing it into the mix so no reason not to believe him.
Said as the were waiting to get out ,a group of barcodes were outside singing Hillborough stuff, that video is the part of the aftermath.
He has been going home and away for years decent lad you can talk to about the game.

Mick Lyons far post header to put us 1-0 up against them. Ref disallowed it for 'climbing' over Alec Lindsay - replays showed no such thing. Two minutes later a no-mark called Alan Waddle (Chris's cousin) shinned one in for them for the only goal. 1973 I think - long memory!!
Then Thompson ran to the street end and gave the v sign to the fans.....knobend he was and still is

Apparently, with their current 94pts, the RS have now surpassed Man Utd's best ever seasonal points haul in the Premier League. Another serial 'Alternative World of the RS' headline of absolutely no consequence to absolutely everyone else absolutely everywhere. Them apart like... as always, them apart.

I’m sure United will trade their 13 prem titles for Liverpool’s 94 points.

They've actually won 12 in a row in the league and they've won 16 of their last 17. Since Christmas, in all competitions they've won 27 of their last 29 games. Incredible form. Let's hope they make it 14 in a row.

Liverpool lose one game all year and don’t win the league.

Messi to tee up Suarez for the killer blow at Anfield.

This could be a soul inspiring week.

It boils down to the next two days. They could go from anything between winning a double or finishing completely empty handed. We’re banking on a City home win and Barcelona not throwing a three goal lead to get the latter outcome. A position many of us would have taken when Liverpool had a 10 point lead.

If it was any team bar them then City’s results would be a foregone conclusion.

The biased officiating has been incredible, almost like Sky are maximising customers before the Kopites are returned to fighting for Europe instead of winning it.

We just need to hold our nerve and trust in Pep.

Man City 3-0 win tomorrow ( incl 2 early goals)
rs 3-0 defeat Tuesday ( incl Saurez early goal)
Wolves early goal Sunday - Wolves take a point or 3
City early goal Sunday followed by 2 more and a 3-0 win
maccavennie gets treated to some fun time with the missus a couple of times through the week

All of the above is true except one thing..... Yep the missus would rather trade me in for a Vauxhall Corsa with 100k miles on its clock than giving me fun time. I'll take that though if it means the week works out how we want.
