Amazes me that top level football security isn’t tighter. How hard is it just to keep hotel locations secret? I’m sure they could make loads of dummy bookings etc.

Mind you they all did that to the Chelsea team before that game in 13/14 and we know how that turned out.

And how footballers on over £100k a week don't get a team of SAS soldiers in to mind their houses whilst they are playing a game.

I won't be able to rest until and unless City get over the line. It's football when all's said and done and the RS have a lot of authority in their favour, I expected Mike Dean to find some fault with Kompany's goal last night.

It's been quite rotten really since the turn of the year. Watching the RS lose their lead was very amusing but they recovered and just won't go away.

They are like a bad smell that you can't get rid of and it eventually becomes putrid. Hopefully this particular stench will be gone next Sunday evening and we can all breath fresh air again.

Pretty hard if you see Messi etc walking into a posh hotel.

I saw nedved once in a lift in a hotel in Dubai, I definitely knew it was him when he was speaking because one eye was on the person he was speaking to and the other at the floor numbers on the panel

Every game is difficult in the prem especially away from home. They’re in a great position but it’s far from over. Would be nice if City rediscovered their scoring boots rather than putting us through the wringer like this.

Barcas team bus was parked outside of the Hilton when we went past yesterday. There was a sizable crowd around the entrance.

As if a club like Barca couldn’t afford for their branded bus to be paraded round the city whilst their team arrived in an unbranded bus outside the city and picked up cars which took them to a hotel that the media didn’t pick up on.

Just seems bizarre that top level outfits would allow their preparation for games with millions riding on them to be disrupted by some blokes with fireworks.

Just a few points to those of you feeding the "everyone is jealous of us and is against us" fire....

1. Kompany by all accounts was lucky cos a 30 yarder went in the top bin..... was that the same type of luck as Sturridge had against Chelsea for his effort? But hey..... it wasn't like he dived in front of a linesman for a free kick was it..... I'd sooner have luck as a criticism rather than CHEATING. Because let's face it..... your team cheat, sickeningly so. So much so that the rest of the country can't bare it.


2. How unlucky are we?....blah blah blah..... you are a good team, best team you've had since the 80's.... when you last won the league. I don't think a team could get any more luck and favourable decisions as your lot. VAR will reduce the number of fouls and offsides you have benefited from.


3. The country hate us because they are jealous..... no we aren't jealous. We just don't like you. We don't like you because you have a cringeworthy pious fan base who whinge and boast like no other team. "We've got great fans blah blah" ..... yep for a the good fans you have you carry the fountain pushers, coach smashers, and the likes you throw smoke bombs into the away pen at anfield.

4. The media are against us...... haha, have a word!!! Sky are awash with kopites

Just to add a bit of real life context to the idiots who set fireworks off outside the Hilton at 3am...

Hundreds of people will be staying in that hotel......

Maybe a surgeon who has travelled from the U.S to perform an operation this morning. Anything like that..... people who have important jobs that require them to be sharp and alert.

There could be people with heart conditions asleep in bed.....

Just beyond me.... really is.
