ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

Those stats are a bit warped, like we have probably had the most defeats, most conceded (or at least up there). Mainly because we have either been awful or not protected by refs during a constant stay in the league.

There may or may not be some teams with a higher red card per game count.
Fair shout

Circle of life for a Liverpool fan on here, start off nice, then patronising, followed by passive aggressive, that's usually followed by a few sly digs and then the full meltdown and flounce off ala @Kinghowie

The inner fume is strong in this one.
No inner, outer or shake-it-all-abouter fume with me, I'm afraid. The 5 quotes of mine you've made the effort to put up are all facts. One of your guys said Salah had scored loads against the likes of 2 teams, I just quoted a few more in the interests of balance. Another had a dig about Liverpool not having Everton's bottle to score goals when twice down to 10 men, I just quoted the PL red card start. If you think that's fume, patronising & passive-aggressive, pre-meltdown, then carry on.

See you in a few days when your head has fallen off mate, you'll be playing the victim soon enough, it's just part of who you are.

Echo headline:

"Neymar and Kylian Mbappe won't have experienced anything like a Champions League night at Liverpool"

...that's Neymar the Champions League winner and Copa Libertadores winner who's played in the biggest games in Brazilian football and Spanish football, and Mbappe who just tore up the World Cup and played in and won a World Cup final.

How on earth will they cope?
Well they won't have experienced a mob of deranged troglodytes trying to decimate their team bus.

If you like, mate. As i've already stated several times, despite your best efforts, there'll be no meltdown or fume from me.

Must be a tiny bucket, once against us in 3 games last season when we were an absolute disgrace as a team.

We'll probably remember him best here for when he was bricking it in the final, like it was the opponents' bus outside Anfield.
Not sure what you mean by "must be a tiny bucket", but Salah would have had a bit of a job scoring against you in the other 2 games as he didn't play in either match. I know most of reckon he's average, but criticising him for not scoring in games he hasn't played is pushing it a tad ;)

Boom!!!

Can't see the self proclaimed 'best fans in the world' taking many to any of those Euro aways. They could be in for a rough time at all 3.

Neither will their new £66.8m goalkeeper when he starts poncing about doing keepy ups in front of the Kop and sees his arse....and the ball nestling in the back of the net.

Minge has been mouthing off and Klopp isn't happy.

Jurgen Klopp has hastened to remind his recently outspoken goalkeeper about the money he's on.
Simon Mignolet hit the headlines this week by describing Liverpool's decision to loan Loris Karius to Besiktas for two years as "bizarre."

Mignolet had also been linked with a move away from Anfield in the summer but he will stay as cover for the Reds' new No. 1, Alisson Becker.

It sounded like Mignolet was not exactly thrilled to learn that Karius would be allowed to move elsewhere in pursuit of more playing time, rather than him.

But Klopp has hit back at the Belgian stopper by suggesting that any problems he might have should have been addressed in private instead of in an interview with the press.

"He will not be leaving. I would say discussing your individual problems in public doesn't make too much sense. It is better to speak to each other - I’m a big believer in that," Klopp said of Mignolet's comments, which he only found out about via Matt McCann, the club’s head of press.

"If he was happy to be a No. 2, then I wouldn't really know him. He's a top professional and a top goalkeeper. Of course he’s not happy to be a No. 2.
"In the first moment, whether you understand decisions or not, it is always better to talk to me directly about it than go to the newspapers. It makes not too much sense. If you want to say something to me, say it directly – that helps."

Mignolet is said to take home a weekly wage of roughly £60,000, which is not too shabby for sitting on the bench every week.
