ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

Whilst people will say they've played City, Chelsea and spurs, they have had a lot of 3 point bankers to start the season. They've played 7 of the bottom half with over half them being home bankers and the away games being against a Palace team terrible at home, a Huddersfield team terrible full stop, but they still needed plenty of favourable decisions to help even win them.

Never mind the luck to escape the Chelsea and City games with two points instead of zero and the impact on the other two. Arsenal game will be a good measure for them, it must be said.
I think so too. Their record against them in recent years has been good like but Arsenal are flying at the mo. Time to see what Emery is made of.

Absolutely senseless from Sky sports in their tribute to the Leicester Owner. Tweets of tribute from Kaspar Schmeichel, Andy King, Vardy, Ndidi, Fuchs....and Mo Salah....fair play to him tweeting it but wtf are Sky including that in their tribute, they are absolutely obsessed with him and even in a moment like this which is entirely about Leicester and their players and fans they can’t bare to leave him out.

The Kopites will own this tragedy by the end of the week. We all know it.

This is what I moaned about yesterday, lucas leiva put YNWA at the end of his "condolences". Now would any ex evertonian put NSNO at the end? Of course they bloody wouldn't. Why do they always use that saying as a badge of honor?

Five people died in a helicopter crash, why would they be walking alone? What a cult.

To be honest mate, I think 'You'll never walk alone' is a bit more poignant in this scenario than 'Nothing but the best is good enough'

yeah i know, but it's a club's motto at the end of the day. I know there's goes a bit beyond that, but i wish they would stop using it in situations totally detatching from it's meaning. It's really crass imo. I'm not on twitter but they all seem to include it in their usernames etc ... i bet most of them don't even know the real meaning behind it.

It's the same as when they always put "i'm a liverpool fan, but ....", "sending my condolensces ... from a liverpool fan". Why? what does it matter? it just comes across really attention seeking to try and portray the club in a good light. Nothing their fans or ex-players do will portray them in a good light.

I very much doubt the majority of their supporters put that quote in with the sentiment that it deserves. It's a throwaway statement which is attached to everything they write/say.
