ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

Does anyone else feel like Guardiola is just a bit too much 'whatever will be will be'? I'm sure it's different behind the scenes and he's wanting to get every last point out of the players but the way he talks about Liverpool is almost like he's easily prepared to take 2nd place. It's not what I want to hear at all.

Imagine Ferguson in a title battle against these lot. He wouldn't even entertain the thought of losing. In fact, he'd have Klopp completely rattled right now with a melt down looming. Miss those days.

In other completely unrelated news:

In the last ten years, only two teams have been top of the league at Christmas and failed to win the premier league title, in 08-09 and 13-14.......:coffee:

Unfortunately in those years teams were taking advantage of Liverpool's flaws. This year they're being beaten in the tunnel. I think it was Troy Deeney who said he hates playing against van Dijk before the game. What kind of a comment is that ffs? Completely wrong mindset.

This

If Ferguson was in charge he would just say something in an interview regarding Gerrard's slip or something else

The papers would blow it up and the Liverpool manager would then blow his lid in an interview and that affected there performances.

Doesent look like guardiola does these sort of things.

Pochetino, emery, sarri and Silva don't look like they will say anything either. Solskjaer possibly we will see

It's just that shrugg of the shoulders attitude. How much do City want it? Not as much as Liverpool I'd say. Still plenty of time to go but it's enough to have me worried.

City have looked complacent and vulnerable for about a month, we saw at Munich that pep will not adapt from his methods no matter what and that's why he wasn't the universal success over there that our media would have you believe. I'm hoping KDB's return can kick start them a bit

It's the perfect stance Dave.

If they crumble you're a hero if they don't shoulders can be shrugged and fingers pointed to unquantifiable factors.

I'm on board that train 100%.

Man City for the title, no doubt in my mind.

I defo wont be shrugging shoulders if that lot win the title, mate. I'll be absolutley gutted.

Fortunately, they're up against a machine that will keep churning out victories and wont stop. I remain supremely confident of the arrival of the usual Kopite boom-bust cycle.

He knows he's JR up against Jurgen"Cliff Barnes"Klopp.

The boom that signals summer has arrived for me.

Let things never change.

I dont like Mahrez in that team. Starting that is. He should be like their Shaqiri - coming off the bench. He tends to slow the passing machine down and put it out of gear at crucial moments in build up.
