Atleast had they won it in Martinez's first season you could argue we looked to be going places ourselves.

I understood the Martinez appointment at the time as Kenwright is skint and we realistically had zero chance of appointing anyone half decent (although I knew appointing a bloke who took a solid midtable side into constant relegation battles and eventual relegation was a recipe for disaster).

A group of grown men kicking a bag of air around some grass. If the men who wear the shirt they chose to like get the most points one year then who gives AF?

I like watching them lose but unaffected by them winning.

When they won the CL in 2005 i was more concerned about my road trip around the east coast of America.

Hope city win like but the truth is I don't care.

Im not always right, however why is it fans can never have an opinion on here unless its a positive one?

You get my point. We all have differing opinions it just gets my back up when im attacked for not thinking the same as others.

Likewise, sometimes I feel I can't say anything remotely positive about the squad or Silva because then I'll get accused of ~accepting mediocrity~ and it somehow being my fault that we've won jack all since 1995.

You only post your opinion as the correct one. If someone doesnt agree, they are deluded, cant see the evidence in front of them, are happy clappers, etc etc.
