The refs have done their best for them for ages. Fortunately they were mostly too crap to take advantage but they’re probably level with city and spurs now but have gladly taken the airlift from the refs.

Teams lacking in motivation the year after they´ve won the league it would seem. Makes Ferguson´s achievements at United even more special, though there was probably less competition back then I guess.
