I think he means 5 of the last 13 (Chelsea, Watford, Atletico, Arsenal and City). Won 5 drawn 3. 18 points from 13 isn't it (unless you count the 2nd Madrid game a defeat as well). Not disastrous, particularly if it's down to taking their eyes off the ball, but the drop off has been quite pronounced and maybe sides have worked them out a bit?
I'll be cautious on any hasty judgements, I suspect Liverpool will be a different proposition by September again.

You battered them in that cup game. For the likes of Chelsea, you feel it's a big game. As most great teams(and Liverpool are a great team) get a bit of an aura about them. If I was Chelsea, going to win at Anfield now would be quite symbolic come next season. If I was Lampard I'd be all over it.
You look miles ahead of them in that cup game too, get a win at Anfield and add Werner/Ziyech and potentially Havertz and you'd start to think you can close that gap next season.
