You've got the Liverpool players gobbing off about it - but nobody ever mentioned it?

"On potentially breaking the 100-point barrier, with 12 more there to be shot at by Jurgen Klopp’s side, Alexander-Arnold added: “After we won the league I think that is the main one we wanted to go after, making sure we are remembered as an historic team in the Premier League and making sure that it’s a season people will never forget. I think there’s no better way to do that than to set a points record that people will find hard to achieve, so it’s something that we want to do."

They really are on a different level.

How about this from Neil Squires the sycophantic Chief Sports Writer of the Daily Express...

"But who really cares deeply about a points century?"
"A century would have pleased the stattos but the 'failure' to achieve it should be of little consequence"
"This is a Liverpool team that is easy to like. Not many sides win the Premier League while also leading the Fair Play table.
"From the warm Klopp, to the socially conscientious Jordan Henderson they have been admirable ambassadors for their sport and league in a season where football has been only a small part of the wider picture"
Pass me the sick bag!
This is why we need a vomiting emoji when we click like on a post.

All I’m hearing is ex-player after ex-player coming out with the same drivel that they’ve won the league so it doesn’t matter. Stats aren't important.
Babb “4 games lost in 2 seasons, 8 games in 3 seasons. City have lost 9 this season.” Obviously stats do matter.
Here’s one for Babbo. City 2 leagues in 3 seasons. RS 1 league in 3 seasons.
They win the murder league hands down

Jordan Henderson is the second least likable person in football. After Robertson obviously .
Talking about Henderson as some sort social commentator is a joke .
What has he said that he has been witty , intelligent or at the least bit interesting ?
They will be promoting Robertson as the new " Chaser " on the programme soon .
As for being likeable , come on . Since Dalglish retired , I can't think of one RS that I have even a tiny positive thought about .

Virgin TV are advertising Sky sports through them.
The ad is Mane scoring then Klopp doing that daft fist pump he does.
Do Virgin commercial people not realise how much they are despised Countrywide

The only people I see mentioning it are them. I take no pleasure in them not getting 100 points. It is funny seeing themselves winding themselves up about it though, like the spoilt entitled tory kid at school who always wants that bit more at Christmas.

El Hadji Diouf doesn't like Stevie geeeee so he's alright

When it all comes down to it, the great thing to take away from this title win is that it took place after Stevie Me left them. No matter what he might say, he was so desperate for that trophy that it made Genghis Khan seem mildly keen to win a few battles here and there.

I loathe and detest that man with an unnatural passion. Honestly, I really do. If he was being gang-raped by a gang of Silverback gorillas in Knowsley Safari Park I'd have my packed lunch while I watched.

His failing to win that trophy makes all right with the world

This firework nonsense is making me laugh.

It's so ridiculously premeditated and forced that it's making me feel violently ill thinking of full grown men going buying fireworks, then watching the match on tele, then going standing in the garden letting rockets off to show how much it means to them.

I know very few actual match-going Kopites but the ones I do certainly haven't got market stall flags hanging out their box room windows and letting cheap fireworks off in the garden.

Brainwashed, vile, freaks.
