ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

I think they will struggle next year. They won't drop out of the top 4 but they will be miles behind Man City and Man Utd will challenge for the league.

They won't buy anyone and are standing still. All their players are done in from being constantly flogged and there must be a drop off after them all taking the magic juice for so long. They've been taking it easy even before the season was stopped.

A lot of them will just live off this Premier league win now for the rest of their career.

Their fans will go into meltdown next year and wonder why they have reverted to type. Once Klopp leaves they will be back around 5th or 6th.

You've got the Liverpool players gobbing off about it - but nobody ever mentioned it?

"On potentially breaking the 100-point barrier, with 12 more there to be shot at by Jurgen Klopp’s side, Alexander-Arnold added: “After we won the league I think that is the main one we wanted to go after, making sure we are remembered as an historic team in the Premier League and making sure that it’s a season people will never forget. I think there’s no better way to do that than to set a points record that people will find hard to achieve, so it’s something that we want to do."

They really are on a different level.

Is that the bellend who blamed "dem bitterz" for throwing fireworks at the Liver Building?

Also... usually kopite defective behaviour. Say one thing...when it doesn't happen...say you didn't say it.

End of the day, when no one talks about the side that won the league, they'll throw the stats in so say they weren't appreciated enough.

Clueless and pampered get. The season will be remembered, but not for the reason he thinks.

As for Hughes: a typical example of the chimps with a keyboard masquerading as serious commentators they attract. Pandering to the cult is his stock in trade, and he gets paid for it. As cynical as they come.

The weirdos have been ripping out seats in the Kop to set up a podium to be presented with the title on Wednesday because god forbid they can’t be a normal team and have it presented on the pitch like United, City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Leicester and Blackburn
It's so sky can put on a show for the followers of the cult. An army of plastic armchair acolytes.

I wonder how many seats.?

what? why the hell have they done that? is that only because there's no fans?

‘Look at us Look at us’

Was it their decision or sky's? I just find it utterly pointless and a waste of money to take all those seats out only to put them back in. Its going to look hideous.

I used to love a player going up in amongst the fans up the stairs at wembley, but that's in amongst people etc. Walking through concrete blocks of nobody seems highly pointless. Especially in an old, rickety, stained stand.
