ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Nobody can tell me this is anything other than a tangle of legs. GTF with this media hysteria and calling it 'assault'. Even a pro kickboxer would struggle to injure someone when their legs are tangled like this.
I think VVD having his feet on the floor didn't help, meant when Pickers contacted him his joints took the full force with nowhere to go. If VVD was aerial it wouldnt of done him, so really, it was his own fault!!!

I would love players to start sueing papers / likes of talksport hosts for libel.

Would put an end to all the shock jock BS thats filled the papers whenever a decision goes against one of the media darlings.

Would love us to keep a clean sheet sunday and Pickford shush the camera.

Dont like the lad myself but he's getting unfair stick by absolute tossers in the media who think they are untouchable
Whats worse about it, is they're putting Pickford and Richarlison in danger, considering you have so many deranged people out there and considering we're currently in a lockdown, there's a greater chance of some moron doing something to them. Barkley's challenges in derbies were far worse than Pickford's challenge on VVD.
To be fair to Henderson, he didn't make a big deal of it and said Ross apologised after the game. The media are making out like he intentionally injured VVD, Pickford was just trying to block the shot and injured him. Richarlison isn't a defender and made a clumsy challenge, Robertson didn't have a problem elbowing Davies in the derby, which was intentional.

Their defense is going to get found out big time, Robertson and TAA are greyhounds, good attacking players in that system but that system is enabled by VVD, there isn’t another safety player there that will let those two bomb on without leaving them exposed, they aren’t good defenders.

Boom hit it over the press, on the flanks in behind and you fancy chances. Citys title in my opinion.

Liverpool will regress now to how they were three seasons ago, doing well to make top 4.

But if Pickford had a mental breakdown or worse over the constant abuse would they not be held liable? Look at the Caroline Flack situation recently.

The media are a disgrace and its about time they were reigned in. They stopped picking on Sterling and Pickford is now the main target and the club should start defending the lad.
so should we....sometimes
