No im not excusing the minority of Liverpool fans who are bells but a lot of them reports of jumping over walls to 'get into the stadium' were people who had got past the first checkpoint but were still bottlenecked.

What about the countless , videos , photos , articles and tweets proving Liverpool fans caused murder in Paris and Liverpool.

seems to me actions have consequences and the behaviour of some affected everyone . That kavah sky interview proves French lads bunked in but their are countless videos of kopites bunking in.

I mean there’s a video of a red saying he had his ticket stolen , there’s a few accounts of reds telling a true story of their day.

when ticketless knob heads cause chaos innocent people will be hurt in the crossfire by the police . It happens .

Im not defending them as I said, but the narrative of all their fans fault is crumbling. Yes some of their fans are knobs but this is looking like a massive f..k up by the French in the main

He’s a class above anything they have (in fairness he’s a class above every midfielder since Xavi and Iniesta tbh)

Madrid are how good football teams should be. They have several world class players but they can play poorly and lose and if the top players don’t play they’re not as good. In the big games however the top players can turn up and take it away from you with class that you don’t see in many other places (e.g Modric v Chelsea, Bale v Liverpool, Benzema v PSG, Ronaldo v Juventus).

What City and Liverpool are doing in the prem isn’t football, it’s just doped matchfixing. The endless winning runs, dismantling teams away from home with their B teams, missing all their top players and still playing exactly the same way. It’s not real and disgusting to watch as it kills the spectacle. Apart from De Bruyne neither side has a single player close to the class of Modric Kroos Benzema Casemiro yet Madrid lose league games all the time but those two go month after month barely dropping a point.

It’s not often Madrid are held up as the good face of football but against that lot last night and City in the semi it was good to see pure class tell over doping match fixers

That removed comment was funny banter, but it revealed a truth that the media (for god-knows-what reasons) don't want revealed...the inconvenient truth being that most football fans can't stand Liverpool FC, nor their fans.


I'd be interested in more investigation as to why the media are so RS-obsessed. They give their ex-players all sorts of punditry positions, even to the point where we've often had an ex-red punditing on an Everton game (non-derby!).

Their fans are often a disgrace, this thread has enough examples of that. So why the constant media love-in?

Your last paragraph is spot on. It was Shankly who started the cult from the moment he became their manager, and created a sense of entitlement amongst their supporters which persists to this day.
He was even disliked by the rs board after he left the club. Pity we opened our curtains to watch him cry arsing at the bottom of our garden and invited him in
"Oh we hate Bill Shankly.......etc etc

Wondering whether the Euro final at Wembley played on their mind. I dont know and it does seem too much of a coincidence that they are involved again but I think given the reports from non cult members of the press and footballing world, the whole issue was caused by the policing or organisation.

All very well, they were catering for 20k and got 40k.
Also why no reported problems with the Spanish end of the ground
