ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

apologies, took that post as being 'in the ground'.

I've not been to Wembley. I've not yet been for work, done a lot of other grounds, so I don't know 100%, but am I not right in thinking there is a) quite a bit of stuff to do in and around Wembley - or was at Euro 2020 anyway? Fan park etc?

Because, as far as I'm aware, there's nothing around the Stade de France resembling that...
I hope he dosent mind me saying, but @WilliamPerry has been to more stadiums around the world than the bloody Rolling Stones..
I trust his judgement 100%.

he got in early too and tells it how it was . Or is he lying ?
Not saying he got in 'too early' at all. I don't think he's lying. He's been sensible and gone to the game early - I still think 3 hours is early enough to turn up to any game.

As for Jamie Webster and those meffs, I don't get it. However, people weren't allowed to take booze into that park - again, this has been reported not just by Liverpool media but others. People were allowed to drink in the other club fan park but not at the 'concert'.

There's literally a video of a lad standing there scanning a ticket at a turnstile that starts to open - because it's a real ticket - and he gets sprayed in the face.

If all of these blaggers had got in and the ground was full to capacity, then why was the Liverpool end mostly empty?

And those videos are from when it was still clearly light outside the Stade de France, which it would not have been at 9:30-35pm local time when the Liverpool end was finally full and the game kicked off.
No source tho, overruled.
For all you know they were fighting in the corridors trying to find their seats (HA HA HA!!!) or in fact were looking for the least crowded areas available to diminish the risk of getting found out and booted. no source, overruled.
I love this game of cough up the crap, lets my imagination run free. Do you relent and accept the liverpool end appeared overfull? stairways and stadium portals crammed with "people"(hools!) or genuine supporters there displaced by already mentioned hools?

Come on BT, give em it down the banks, it feels great, a good pish taking really lightens the soul. dole out a few slaps, tell them they got the caning they deserved and in fact avoided 99% of it. its great over here in the sunshine.

Was the fake tickets and bunking sound then ?
I said not a lot wrong.

Heres a picture of Everton fans bunking into Wembley.

What about the beaked up reds who barged in a row behind him bragging about erm bunking in

'We usually'?

Everton have been to Wembley three times since the new one was built mate...

And no, I was 14 for the FA Cup final and didn't get tickets, was working the 2016 semi-final and was never gonna get a ticket for the 2012 derby.
your mate Terry from the dog & duck not hook you up?

the problem with these arguments everyone just takes the collective as the entire group.

So the argument goes

“Liverpool fans bunked in vs Liverpool fans are angels”

What’s actually happened is a set have acted up and the entire rest of them have felt the repercussions of it.

So yes, innocent fans were treated badly. Because of the actions of a minority
I dont think I could ever call a set of fans of any club Angels, they will all have their minority.

You're fighting a losing battle here tho mate.

For me Wotsit teeth dropped a clanger by telling them all to travel, but other than that I dont think the Liverpool fans did a lot wrong.

Just like the Everton fans didnt in Lille, those French Police are dealing with riots daily, they only have 1 stance, tear gas and batons.
I think he did too. I think Liverpool have to start taking responsibility. I think they could have done more to take care of their fans. They absolutely need to sort their own house in order - but they probably won't.

However, complete tribalism on our part isn't healthy either. And I think anyone choosing to believe the French government's story is basically doing that.

Like they were told to do - again, according to the information available - and it seems many turned up at 6-7pm. Which is 3-2 hours before KO time?

That's surely enough time to reasonably expect to be able to get in.

And UEFA initially said it was down to late fans but then they changed their tune and said it was down to the tickets.

Think it was Oliver Kay who said he arrived at 6-6:30 and said the crowd had already formed by then... 3 hours before KO...
slight of hand again? KO or official KO?

I said not a lot wrong.

i don’t deny we do it . The difference is they campaign for a disaster their fans were killed at . Then carry on doing stuff that the sun accused them off .

we had a £10 gate on the street end for years . loads of ours bunk . they deny they do it. can’t you see the hypocrisy ?
