He basically signed Mane and Van Dijk who everyone in the PL knew were top quality, and took a chance on Robertson, Jota being up to the next level. The Salah signing is the one he took a gamble on and it came off big time.

havent seen any one wearing red climbing over the gates yet mate (i`m not saying no scousers bunked in, i`m just stating another view point which i know is a bit heretical on here but there you go). the irony is though, you hardly hear a liverpool accent at LFC games so its easily a case of scousers were in the minority

There is a running war between the police and the younger people of North African or west African descent who unfortunately are concentrated in the banlieues of Paris.
The latter kick off at the slightest provocation such as a traffic accident. They take every opportunity for a bagarre with the cops.
Last week I think they realised that big bother was going on at the stadium and couldn't resist joining in, with the advantage of some easy pickings.

The local youth will also know the Liverpool fans will be well oiled, will likely have plenty of cash on them - making it harder to defend themselves when they steam through the crowd stealing phones etc.

Didn't mention Klopp but have before, I said I felt for the family men who had been attacked while just going to a game with their family, I also called out the scumbag fans who used fake tickets and I'll admit I didn't go into great detail about anything else really, just what I saw on the video.

Family men who just wanted to go and enjoy the football, innocent fans who had legitimate tickets, lawful followers of Liverpool. These people have a responsibility and time and time again they relinquish it.

They need to call out the utter stains on humanity that follow that club in droves and then the law abiding family men will have a nicer experience at the big game.

I think Jota may yet turn out to be a dud. 50 mill on him was the upper limit on the fee. He scores some annoying headers admittedly but he’s not the same class as Firmino Mane Salah were. I’m not sure Dias is either despite the media hype,
