ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Klopp should keep his mouth shut on the backing other clubs get then if he doesn’t want to be seen as being xenophobic. He knew what he was doing basically calling out three clubs with Qatari, Saudi, and UAE ownership. He’s never complained about how much Roman Abramovich was pumping into Chelsea at one point, or how Boehly will take it even further, or how Real Madrid have effectively been bankrolled by the Spanish state anyway.

It was a very cheap shot at best and racist at worst and he’s just gutted that for once a few people have called him out on it, unable to accept his faux socialist virtue signalling whilst he splashes our world record fees in multiple positions.

Utter hypocrite

Completely agree. He is a blight on the game in this country. If he doesn't want accusations being made about him then he should stop making false accusations about other clubs. I do feel that this whole experience has come as a shock to him. He's not used to being confronted about his vile behaviour and, like a lot of bullies, is very sensitive when this happens. The likes of Eddie Howe and Frank Lampard have since called him out for talking rubbish. I think this has backfired against him.

He is the common denominator when it comes to bad blood between managers. Everyone else seems to get on well enough (now that his imitator Tuchel has left Chelsea) and they extend professional courtesy to each other. He, on the other hand, has had altercations with Howe, Guardiola, Arteta, Lampard and a few others.

He's damaged goods and the country is waking up to it at long last.

It was dog whistle politics. Shame on him.

He's also got some nerve. £530M spent in the last 5 years, on top of the king's ransom Liverpool spent on their squad before he arrived.

£1.7 billion spent in the last 20 years.

Proper belt-tightening they've had.

Quite a few throughout my life. I've lived in London, NYC, Philly so I've encountered a lot of Europeans in my lifetime in those cities.
The London you left when you were 8?

What a precocious child. Encountering adults and keeping studious notes regarding their religious beliefs.

(the numbers recorded could have been skewed of course by your parents only letting you mingle with your own congregation.)

On topic..... Liverpool are clowns, aren't they?
