ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

One thing annoyed me in their game yesterday, they were fapping furiously over “Trent’s sublime pin point pass” for salah’s goal…. Second half Oodergard played a similar but much better ball out to Saka on the wing which took Gomez out of the game… Carragher “ he’s slapped a hopeful ball out to the wing”
What I've seen of Odegaard he doesn't just slap hopeful passes aimlessly.

So was there any bus smashing antics before the game?

SSN or motd mentioned how shabite £85 million Nunez is?
During the match, as he was being substituted, there was some laughable comment about how he's idolised by their faithful.

As others have mentioned before, the press is dogmatic in their view that everything must be spun as a positive, regardless of the counter-evidence.

Analfield is quiet, and it's spun; they're underperforming at home, their opposition's negatives become promoted; their players are praised no matter what happens.

Of course the MOTD analysis is a feature on ‘Trent’ and then how it was actually an Odegaard handball and Arsenal got lucky. Nothing about Arsenal actually taking points at Anfield and staying top at Christmas. Few unhappy people at the BBC after that result.
Sky Sports post match analysis was all about how the Liverpool break on the 75th minute was like 'the Red Arrows' and that 'Trent' only missed a sitter because "it bobbled a bit for him".

It's music to my ears tbh.

No mention in the media of 4 dropped points from two home games and two pretty average performances. Must be nice being the establishment’s favourite team.
Draws always scupper title challenges for Liverpool. They don't get beat much but they draw a lot.

Last three seasons: 10, 8, 9, draws

City draws in those seasons are 5s and 6's.

Liverpool already have 6 draws this season before halfway.

If 'Trent' is so special on the ball why has Tsimikas been taking all the free kicks from distance and corners?

Unlike "Carra" himself who "slapped a hopeful ball of spit out to the wing mirror"

Never seen such a limited player hyped up so much

He's about as important a player in PL terms as someone like Kulusevski at Spurs. Good, and crucial to Spurs' attacking push, but not great. Someone who is never going to get the plaudits that 'Trent' gets by virtue of the fact he doesn't play for Liverpool. If he did he'd be the greatest Swedish player of all time, the new Ibrahimovic.

there are many many players in the premier league who have ability on the ball, what sets TAA out from those is that he is indulged and doesn't have to do other parts of the game to give him a bit of time and space for his Hollywood balls. Just another show pony. He reminds me of late career Stevie Me, he used to fling Hollywood balls into the crowd all game but the one that got home to a RS player would be creamed over and played on the highlights reel (the others would be conveniently lost in the cut)
