The fact any manager has to do this is ridiculous, but the fact that every fan knows what he means, and equally knows that the authorities won’t care on jot, is what’s most depressing. They want Jurgen’s celebration tour, they want shots of that bellend doing his stupid fist pumping and all their fans singing YNWA. They don’t want Pochettino winning it, getting off down the tunnel and all the Chelsea fans celebrating like normal non narcissistic human beings who aren’t in a cult.

A penalty within 60 seconds against a team that finished 26 points ahead of them in the league. Plus lost twice to them in the league that year. They were not as good. You blame Poch for not winning in those circumstances?

I get the wish for Spurs to win that game but it would have been an upset and giving Poch stick about it seems a tad daft. Just one of those.
