They won’t be allowed to win. It will be the usual playbook, a load of City players booked for nothing early doors leaving them unable to put a tackle in, every 50 (0 will be blown for Liverpool, they’ll be allowed to just assault players in midfield and the ref will just wave on. If City do score there’ll be a forensic examination looking for contact in multiple previous phases. If Liverpool score there won’t be any VAR checks. Liverpool will get a pen at some point.

I’ve seen this game over and over again. In paper that Liverpool team is nowhere near Arsenal and City but the refs airlift them every week.

The annoying thing is that if something does happen, probably will, they will get a small fine and there will be a tiny column buried in the newspaper to report it.

Plus City's players who are usually great will be mercilessly chased by Die Fuhrers Red Shirts, this will continue to 115th minute and Liverpool will bring on some no mark young player to score when Ref only have 5 minutes stoppage time.
