ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Absolute, total and utter scumbags! I hope your Dad's friend has recovered. And his two sons too. What sh#thouses the Spanish Police are for doing nothing.

There's always a nasty atmosphere in Liverpool City Centre after an RS home game. Woebetide any Everton, City or United fan etc wandering into a mass of those neanderthals.
There's always a nasty atmosphere whenever they play, they simply can't take losing, that's the way they are. When they lose they'll fight each other, especially in big games like finals. Even this year in Southport, some fella got killed after the final. To be honest I won't even watch their games in the pub with my mates anymore, the amount of delusion under Klopp. I remember when they used to have the 3 0 clock games in pubs, and you could watch both games and there wasn't that much problems. But now it seems like they just expect to win after game and can't take it when things go wrong. The type of divvies that watch them in the pub is unbearable, there's always a dodgy atmosphere after their games. I've never known Everton fans at the match to take out their anger on rival fans in recent years.

I know these days we should be very liberal and accept, tolerate and even welcome behaviour and unusual "preferences" that even only a few years ago might have been discriminated against.

But I'm old fashioned and at the risk of my forum reputation I'm going to have to come out and say it. You should be ashamed to be seen with a rs shirt on.

They hated each other with a passion apparently.

Hughes, as we all know, had an obnoxious personality, and he viewed Smith as part of Liverpool's past.

And he was a proper little brown noser as well. That David Peace novel about Shankley gets some really subtle little digs in at Hughes.
