The thing those idiots forget is cultural context, if somebody calls their friend or family member a offensive name that's one thing, not against a opponent in a confrontation. Suarez knew that he was annoying him, or he would have stopped it and it didn't help he had such a huge smirk across his face. I remember when everybody used to talk about scoring a Jew goal of FIFA, while I think we all agree it's silly, when people are 16 they say silly things. Suarez was old enough and culturally aware enough to know what he was doing was offensive.RAWK at the time was tremendous. Pages of experts in South American culture doing all they could do justify the action. Suarez is an excellent footballer, but how you could look at it objectively and defend a bloke who bites fellow human beings just because of football rivalry is unexplainable and why they earn the victim status everybody sees them as.
They are generally despised by the majority of football fans who don't want them to win sod all, I agree Khal, however everything is about them. During this pandemic with the deaths that the country has seen so far very few will add that into their arguement. Self deluded shoitehawks only care for 'their ' league win.I think in a sense they are right, Ollie.
I personally would not give a stuff if it was any other team but the RS in pole position and the Title was awarded to them.
Nor I suspect would most others on this Forum and in the wider world of English football supporters.
The RS are uniquely hated outside their own deluded cult and that is indeed what motivates many to seek a cancellation of this woe begotten season![]()
Its not even sport that matters, its Libberboolfootballclub, its not about intergrity or decency, its about being able to scream in peoples faces and pretend their life is better because of who they support
It's been very public that the players association (whatever they are called) have been fighting against pay cuts for the players. The likes of Townsend have been in the media fighting against it.It's easy to say that, but without knowing each player's personal circumstances how do we know that they haven't/aren't doing what you suggest i.e. paying towards the wages of club employees? Put yourself in their position and ask what you would be doing, and then ask if you would be publicising it? For all you know some, or all, premiership players are giving all their money to relatives, friends, charities and the staff at their clubs who are in need. In fact I would be surprised if the majority of them aren't doing just that.

Unless all players have done it secretly and the press have not had the story at all then it's unlikely the players have been paying anyone out of their own pocket.
Plus giving the money to charity is neither here nor there. It's about the club's laying off the non playing staff that has been very public that the players don't want to do that. Seems it's slowly changing now but that's a little late.
I tried some traps but mods shut me downNever heard anything as true as this. It’s what they live for.
@havrey0123 do you not wish you could just do this on here rather than have to live a lie and suppress your emotions? You must surely feel a little bit tempted. Let it all out Hav. Heal.
