It's because he's under 25 so they shouldn't use his image to promote betting. Lazy journalism though given it wasn't exactly LS's fault. My guess is that using his Uruguayan image meant they didn't cough up any money for his PL image rights.

At the end of the day, when he comes back after 8 games he will either deal with the stick and hack it or not. I expect he will because he's that sort of character but if he does become unsettled we'll get a nice tasty chunk of money for him in the £35m-£40m area.
