Listening to the radio on Monday I think City had about 1-2 hours of talk time, The rest was trying to make out the RS had not blown a title like Newcastle

I was talking to a bloke in work today and he asked if I would have got any joy out of Liverpool winning the League. When I said that I wouldn't have he was really surprised. I explained about Heysel and their refusal to acknowledge what happened and the ensuing consequences. He asked what I meant by Heysel. He's mid-30s. I asked him if he knew about Hillsborough and, of course, he did. I was a little surprised but it shows how well the RS media protects them.

I know we shouldn't be surprised but that is fairly astonishing.
