Name the better players?
I'm talking about Liverpool over Southamptoin here btw. Liverpool finished second and Southampton 10th. Don't need to name names as it is obvious the RS are better than Southampton.

Are they going to buy anyone other than players whose names begin with letters other than L(F)C or (R)S?

I spot a pattern...

Lambert, Llalana and Lovren, Lucas, Sterling, Suarez (Sanchez?), Sturridge, Sterling, (Shelvey, Spearing), Skrtl, Suso, Sakho, (Souness), Can, Coutinho, Coates, Coady, (Carragher)...

On paper I'd say Spurs signings were better. On paper that is, they just didn't gel as well as expected.

I'd have Erikson over Lallana all day and Lamela is class.

Paulinho has been decent for them hasn't he?
Yeah Eriksen is the one I'd say has been a huge success. The rest no way - Capoue, Soldado, Lamela... Paulinho has been ok. But between them not a single minute of Premier League experience which it turns out was a massive failure. Had they only have signed two of them and brought in proven EPL players it might have been a different story.

You're right mate. B-Rod and his signings are ace. LOL.

From the product description....

The full story of Liverpool FC's thrilling and incredible campaign to win their first Premier League title, and be crowned the champions of English football for the nineteenth time. The mighty Reds have become the great entertainers powered by the goals of dynamic duo Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge, and driven on by their inspirational skipper Steven Gerrard. Including the triumphant double over fierce rivals Manchester United, and comprehensive, stunning victories over Everton and Arsenal. This two hour DVD features all the goals, all the games and exclusive interviews with the manager and star players.

Erm... I mean it's true.. as Obi Wan said, from a certain point of view, it's just missing a crucial piece of information.

I've been led to believe the end of that DVD has a happy ending...

I love that when the RS know they are paying over the odds for an average player explain it away by saying "he might not be the best around but he fits into our system"........hahahahhahahahaha.......
