I'm talking about Liverpool over Southamptoin here btw. Liverpool finished second and Southampton 10th. Don't need to name names as it is obvious the RS are better than Southampton.Name the better players?

Yeah Eriksen is the one I'd say has been a huge success. The rest no way - Capoue, Soldado, Lamela... Paulinho has been ok. But between them not a single minute of Premier League experience which it turns out was a massive failure. Had they only have signed two of them and brought in proven EPL players it might have been a different story. On paper I'd say Spurs signings were better. On paper that is, they just didn't gel as well as expected.
I'd have Erikson over Lallana all day and Lamela is class.
Paulinho has been decent for them hasn't he?
It seems odd they are going so hard after Southampton players. Why? Surely there are better defenders than Louvren? Reminiscent of last year with us and Wigan..
They will have a fearsome strike force next season with Sturridge, Lambert, Lallana and Sterling reeking like they did in the world cup.

Including the triumphant double over fierce rivals Manchester United, and comprehensive, stunning victories over Everton and Arsenal. This two hour DVD features all the goals, all the games and exclusive interviews with the manager and star players.
Erm... I mean it's true.. as Obi Wan said, from a certain point of view, it's just missing a crucial piece of information.
Yeah this is what I'm wondering, I've got a feeling a windfall like that is going to be skimmed, it may be that they had a budget in mind and one will offset the other but I just can't see that much cash coming into FSG's accounts and going solely back into their Liverpool investment. But won't the Americans want their share
I'm really tempted to rent it you know, just to see how they cover that final 2 weeks, they'll either airbrush it out or spin it so profoundly it'll be posted through my letterbox from a parallel universe.I've been led to believe the end of that DVD has a happy ending...
Their "system" is about to depart for the Nou Camp.I love that when the RS know they are paying over the odds for an average player explain it away by saying "he might not be the best around but he fits into our system"........hahahahhahahahaha.......
