For all the money they've spent so far I've hardly looked at a transfer and thought "if only..." Just seems another standard summer for them lot, with a little more action than normal.

I actually expect them to easily top the £100m mark this year and the way their going I can't see 1 single player coming in that I'd be envious of. They've yet go replace their number 1 striker, haven't sorted out their left back problems and there's still no money being spent on Skids future replacement.

I'm also looking forward to the idea that Reina is heading back and there'll be howls for him to be number 1 as soon as Mingolet starts flapping in the first game, and with all this influx of new players there going to have more unhappy ones sitting there with titty lips about not getting a game. Should be great viewing watching them go backwards and turn on each other again.

The standard of the signings tend to underline that they just ant CL football guaranteed. There's an admission in them that they are not ready to make an assault on the games biggest prizes.

You will find that that is exactly what I said, and predicted Spurs to struggle. Got roasted for it like.

'If Bale costs £80 than Suarez is worth £100 million'. If it is £62.6 million for Suarez, then the 'bite than wasn't, but was' has cost them £40 million. My god, that is 10 'lump it to Lambo's', or 4 Borini's, or 5 and 1/2 Aspas's.

Paulinho is bang average, the 2 midfield players spurs let go are better, and played better last season.

See what you are saying money wise, but the lad was comparing players, and Chadli is bang average, he was boardering on gash last season.

Lovren was Southamptons best defender, I like him. And he is a far better defender than Capoue.....who is a defensive midfielder.....that hardly got a game he was that bad.

But people love a fancy forign name......!
