Honest question mate, why do you thinkyou'll buck the recent trend and finish above us again?
Honest question do you guys really believe you're going to finish above Liverpool? Also why do you think we signed Origi on back of world cup? Just takes 2 sec to check we was linked with him in Jan and also that we done the deal pre world cup. Also if you ever watched him pre world cup you would see he has been playing wing Lille. Bojan has amazing youth record for Barcelona he is now at stoke. Also Dave Sturridge only had 6 assist from Suarez last season.

what an utter moron he is. as you stated, i've made this point over and over, he messed up a simple 3 yard pass under no pressure what so ever because he took his eye off the ball, the slip happened because he was trying to rescue the ball.

he is so thick it's unreal

His shrink has tried to convince that's the facts of it. But unfortunately for Me la, he still cries himself to sleep thinking about how his horrendous [Poor language removed] up cost HIM his well earned title lol

This latest ego trip of a press conference is another example of pathetic smoke and mirrors - their usual form of PR. Hes had a few "worse day of my life" experiences going back to when he was going to scuttle off to Chelsea....when he said people didn't know what he'd been through "till they'd walked in his shoes". Heard it all before. Me me me me me....."I will go again" this time. " I haven’t made a bad pass or a mistake. That’s why it was cruel. Every single person on the planet slips at some point in their life, whether it is on a set of stairs, on the floor or whatever".
The airbrush obviously removing all the other back pass howlers in his LFC past not to mention for England...most recent of which the headed assist for Uruguay in Brazil that he shamelessly allowed Jags to get the rap for. He needs to alter the script - heard it all before. But the one reliability is that clanger-wise he will do it again rather than "go again".

I think you will realise just how much you depended on Suarez last season to drag you through games, I also think your route 1 football which worked last year will not be so effective this year and that your manager will found wanting tactically as he was against Chelsea and also palace. I think you'll be in and around the 5th to 8th mark next season.

Fair point i suppose we only see once the season starts. About the route one football though, do you mean counter attacking or just long balls? because i just want to point out we one of least about long balls last season bottom 3 while Everton was in top 3. while also in top 3 amount of short pass on average. I get the banter to rip the piss out of us, we do the same and so on, but the route one really is not true. I suppose if you mean counter attacking well we scored think 9/10? while Real scored around 12 i think goals from counter attacking. Would you class them as route one?

I agree Rodgers got them two games wrong, but it wasn't the first and won't be the last he gets it wrong. The 3-2 loss to Palace and 2-0 to City i guessing Martinez got found out? I just find it interesting how some of you guys judge football. Going by your assumptions if you don't sign Lukaku does that mean you will finish 8th to 12?

Not sure mate we will have to wait and see and all, think this season going be really interesting and apart from City/Chelsea everyone one else will have fight on there hands to finish as high possible. I think most of you are underestimating how much harder it is to play Europa league vs Champions league.

Yeah, how many goals has Origi scored for Lille and in how many games has he scored them?

Take a look and then tell me that he isn't a World Cup buy.

(if you're too lazy to look, it's 8 goals in 51 games)

That is back in April the Rumour started. If you watched him enough you would see he played most of his games on the wing. Not saying he gonna be amazing but, unfairly judge his goal tally due to him playing out on the wing.

Lukaku has 10 apps for Chelsea if i am not mistaken least 5 or more was on the wing? has 0 goals, compared to going out on loan for two season playing as striker 66/32. Sturridge played most of his games for Chelsea on the wing as well look at his goal tally now 49/35.

You wonder how many mistakes or poor games Gerrard would need before Liverpool fans would look to start questioning his place in the team. I think most fans give long time servants too much time, like Giggs last season for Man U, Seaman toward the end at Arsenal, Lampard last year for Chelsea, even Cahill toward the end for us in some quarters. I understand why and it irks me the other way when fans start booing their club legends because they're past it, that's never right and that's why strong, proactive management is required to pre-empt those situations. But I think, given the nature of the support and circling the wagons mentality Liverpool fans generally have, Gerrard will go on to do more harm than anyone else could get away with before people start to question both his body and his mentality. It's also going to be interesting how strong willed Rodgers will be when the time comes. I'll be honest, if Gerrard looks a liability early on in the season and Rodgers does drop him, I'll be impressed, especially given it'd put him at odds with large sections of the support.

In a nutshell.........

Rodgers got them two games wrong purely down to the fact his ego took precedence over the teams needs. He needed only a draw against Chelsea and the title was yours but he decided he wanted to go toe to toe with mourinho. Any fool could see how the game was playing out yet he continued to stick to the same game plan..... THAT is what cost you the title mate.

It's not unfair at all. Mirallas plays on the wing and scores more goals for us and he's playing here, in a much more competitive league. Ronaldo was scoring for fun in Portugal when on the wing. Why isn't Origi? Because he's not actually that good. You'll have to face the fact that he hasn't been bought based on his league performances (because if he has, you wouldn't have paid £10m for him (then again, knowing how you spunk your transfer budget on tosh...))

Lukaku is completely irrelevant. Sturridge is completely irrelevant. I have no idea how many games Lukaku played on the wing for Chelsea and the only place that these "5 games" could have come from is out of your arse, because there is no way you'd know that either.

Rodgers would rather eat his own left arm than drop Stevie G Laa, he hasn't got the bottle to do it........
