Agree there. They were so much more intimidating with Sturridge and Suarez together up top than they are now with £90m spent, imo. They could have filled the rest of the XI with Tranmere players and I'd have been more worried about that side than I am the current one. Suarez made them tick. It's down to Rodgers to get the new-look first XI to gel. It won't be easy.
