ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

Brent is such a tit isn't he. I couldn't stand him at Swansea, he's a rent-a-quote of cliches and stuff he's read in football books.

He's so trying to be like Shankly it's untrue - he's like a kid who is obsessed with the Football Manager video games who has just been given a go managing for the first time. He comes out with so much rubbish when it comes to formations and systems, and who remembers his Joe Allen is the "Welsh Xavi" quote?! He's a tit.
The man is a snakeoil merchant and a charlatan. Hitler would hire him as a speech writer he peddles so much bollocks. Benefitted from Suarez in world class form and well overachieved last year as a result, and for the most part has brought in rubbish. This year will be the mark of the man

Even if he does only reach SWP standards it won't matter to them lot. Hendo is world class apparently, as is/was Lucas. Studge is better than Rooney. Before the cult turned on him en masse everyone thought Johnson was the greatest fullback in the premiership etc. Least objective supporters on the planet.

There's a post in their Arsenal thread i'm surprised @RAWK Meltdown hasn't used.

I wouln't swap Sterling for Suarez let alone Ozil.

I am starting to see this myself. I do think he's a decent coach but not a manager if that makes sense? I.e. he's awful in the transfer market for starters - he basically see's a player who has a half decent season and a fancy name and he's all over them (Dejan Lovren, Adam Lallana etc).

He's got huge pressure on him now too - he has spent over £200 million in 2 seasons I read the other day - he has to start delivering silverware. They can't play the 'Rafael has no money to spend/our owners are a cancer' excuse over at RAWK anymore.

I didn't use it because I honestly don't think they'd have that trouble maker back, plus he is pushing 28 now whilst Sterling has his best years ahead of him. And Ozil has been a bit rubbish so far in an Arsenal shirt.

Yeah the ozil point i have no problem with. Sterling is not even half the player that Suarez is and never will be.

Why has @Prevenger17 removed rep from this post? You do realise that I didn't write the quote, yes?

It's not personal, buddy. But the last two times you have mentioned Sterling in this thread have been the proverbial butterfly starting a hurricane of gash and I can't go through it again. I will neg you every time you mention his name and I'll sleep like a baby afterwards.
