ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

And that is the problem with retrospective action. It is designed to protect the Sky elite of Manu, Chelsea, Arsenal and the RS. There is no great outpouring of anger that Sterling didn't get sent off. In fact how can anyone have trust that the liner Mallarky, a FIFA world cup liner (the biggest joke since Clattenburg is a FIFA ref never mind Atkinson and all the other FIFA English refs), would see something 20 yards away when he can't see a fist to the face when the players are standing next to him. He has lost all credibility but will still be officiating today at the Spurs/Chelsea match.

Incredible. But not surprising seeing it is one of the Sky elite and even more so because it is LFC and the RS dominated media and their sycophants will not be making an issue of Sterling's 'petulance'. There is one rule for the Sky lovies and another for the rest of us. Lte;s see how quickly they don't show and elbow for one of the Sky elite or the 'ref saw it' so 'no action can be taken'.

Why isn't there been any retrospective action taken against Mallarky. Or maybe for Mallarky it is pay back time for the RS, because he never saw Van Persie touch the ball, not surprising considering Mallarky has poor eyesight, and therefore Mata was offside, but the goal stood because Mallarky didn't flag.

'Corrupt' officiating due to intimidation from Sky commentators and the RS dominated media is a cancer that is eating away at the game in England. You don't need money in brown paper bags to change hands for corruption to take place. And we know from first hand experience with Collina how refs can 'play the game' for the establishment.

The RS have now had 100 Prem Penalties. Stevie G has scored 45 according to their internal house magazine The Daily Mirror..........
Their penchant for spot kicks isn't confined solely to the Premier League era,Chris Lawler and Phil Neal as full backs both bagged more pens than most other teams attacking midfielders scored in their careerslol

It is not even a conspiracy because everyone knows about it, the rich and popular clubs are favoured by the Premier League and the referees do their best to keep their bosses happy, hence favouring the rich and popular clubs.

His post is spot on.

Not surprised you would post that anyway being a Man Utd supporter and all. Have you considered Salford City? I hear they are on the up.

It is the established order of things in the premier league and in particular since Sky took over. Sky can't afford for the 'elite' Manu, Chelsea, Arsenal and the RS not to do well in the league and the Champions league. Bums on seats = money. The English game is corrupt to the core. Referees march in tune with what the established order want and the only real conflict comes in when they play each other or a decision doesn't go their way. Mourinho, like Fergie before him, will bounce off the wall and rant and rave at the officials to 'get at the ref' if they don't get the decisions they feel they should get. Mourinho got an apology from the ref for booking Fabregas for a 'dive' and not giving a pen. Let's see if Pearson gets an apology from FIFA ref Jones for giving a pen when the ball hit Morgan's face.

There is a pecking order with the Sky establishment Manu, Chelsea, Arsenal and the RS at the top getting the vast majority of the decisions going in their way.

Nope, I don't fancy changing teams thanks mate, I have supported United for nearly 30 years now.

You ever considered changing your team to Tranmere?

Oh and his post was a load of old paranoid nonsense. The kind of "everyone favours them and hates us" rubbish they spout over at RAWK when things aren't going their way.

I honesty thought you were better than that.

@TonyBarretTimes: Steven Gerrard is set to announce that he will leave Liverpool at the end of this season. MLS is his most likely destination.
