Could be a pivotal weekend for them. if City do them, and we (horribly all too predictably) succumb to Arsenal they will be 5 points off Fourth which would be a lot to turn around especially with Arsenal and Chelsea still to play away. If the reverse happens in both fixtures though they will be level on points with the top 4 and will probably be predicting a late title challenge for themselves.

In fairness they could have won it if they'd won and continued winning games against giant Swiss clubs and the likes of Real Madrid, Batern Munich. He's a modern Einstein

Also did you not realise that for the first season ever only points gathered after their match with Man U count? So in theory they're champions again to go with their top at Christmas and Easter trophy from last year. Chelsea, Crystanbul, the whole first half of this season, champions league exit - never happened,, different team, this Liverpool would have won the lot.
